Peramind advances the mental, emotional, and social wellbeing of individuals and communities experiencing structural and social inequities through equitable health education, culturally grounded wellness initiatives, and supportive learning spaces. Our work includes global efforts that strengthen the wellbeing, learning, and professional development of current and future healthcare professionals.

Peramind works with individuals and communities whose well-being and educational opportunities are shaped by social, structural, and systemic barriers. Our initiatives span local and global contexts and are designed to respond meaningfully to the lived realities of the people we serve.

Our programs include wellness and learning initiatives for racialized and immigrant communities in Canada, with a focus on Black women and other historically marginalized groups. We also offer education, tuition support, and nursing-focused initiatives in low-resource settings.
